If you have or have had an Android, you know well how to remove the applications installed on that  device. Cydia Tweak: Add Photos to The Contact List and SMS on iPhone with ‘Copic’

Apple’s default interface for the Contact list and the SMS have no thumbnails of the contacts. This can make you get bored due to the too-simple interface and thus here comes the new cydia tweak ‘Copic’ in play. As the name suggests COntact PICtures, this tweak adds up thumbnails to your contact list as well as SMS. This feature is by default available in other smartphones like Nokia or Blackberry.

The cherry on the cake in this tweak, that makes it different from others, is that it not only adds thumbnails to the Contact list, but also to your Favorited list, the Recent Call history and also to your Messages App when you receive a message from your contact. The tweak costs you about $1.29 on the Cydia store but its really worth trying out. This tweak is supported on iPhone, iPod touch and iPad 2 running iOS 4.0 or up which should be jail-broken first, ofcourse.

Oh and by the way, don’t get confused if you don’t see ‘Copic’ icon on your home screen, because its not actually an App that it will show up there. But you will be able to see it in the Settings, from where you can enable or disable it along with select where you want to show the thumbnails on your iPhone.

IconCommands Lets You Play With Your Icons and Make the Screen Tapping for Friendly

Remember the awesome LockGestures tweak that let you do stuff by just swapping over your lock screen of your iPhone, iPod or iPad? Well today’s game is somewhat the same, which is played by the new tweak IconCommands. This tweak brings you another side of playing with your screen and app’s icons.

iconcommands

The utility lets you define gestures from the settings, for 6 predefined tasks to which you can associate your gestures. The gestures here are not that complicated and just depend on how many times you tap your screen. The number of taps varies from 1 to 8, which lets you open an app, delete an app, hide an app, bring up the app’s info and much more.

It doesn’t matter which icon you are tapping on. It works on any tap with the predefined gestures. Altogether, the tweak works very well and fine, and if you find yourself frequently hiding and deleting apps, it could definitely save you some time. If you want to check out the tweak, you can get it from Insanelyi repo of Cydia for $1.99, and play Tap-Tap on your screen.
